●We do not do business trip repair.
All of the repairs received directly by us will be dealt with in the after service center.
For paid repairs, the one-way shipping fee will be borne by the customer. Note that.


●The warranty card promises free repair based on the contents of the warranty card if the product breaks down under normal use according to the instruction manual, label attached to the main unit, etc. within one year from the date of purchase. If you do not show the warranty card, you will be charged even within one year of purchase, so be sure to keep the warranty card after purchasing the product and show the warranty card when requesting repair.


●Within the warranty period, it will be charged repairs in the following cases.
・Failure or damage due to misuse or improper repair or modification
・Failure and damage due to movement, transportation, falling, etc., of installation place after purchase
・Fire, earthquake, flood damage, lightning, other natural disasters, pollution, salt damage, failure and damage due to abnormal voltage
・Failure or damage when used for purposes other than general household use (for example, long-term use for business use, mounting on vehicles or ships)
・Failure due to invasion of insects
・If you do not show the warranty card
・If the warranty card does not include the date of purchase, customer name, or store name, or if any word is rewritten.
・Replacement of consumables
・Failure and damage caused by not using this product in Germany.


●We do not apply the long term warranty between customers and distributors. The warranty period of our products is one year from the date of purchase. For the warranty system provided by the retailer, please contact the retailer from whom you purchased the product.


●The repair price is different when you request it from a dealer and when you request it from us. In the case of a dealer, there is a repair price form unique to the dealer and a long-term warranty system, so please contact the dealer you are requesting for details. In the case of our company, in addition to the work fee (technical fee) for diagnosing the cause of the defect and repairing the faulty part, the price for the parts used for product repair (parts cost), the customer also needs to pay one-way freight to our company.


●Products for which the holding period of performance parts for repair has expired are out of stock of parts required for repair.
It may not be possible to repair. For inquiries, please contact the store where you purchased the product.
Alternatively, please confirm the product number by presenting it to our customer service office.
